The private chalet extends over approx. 200 m2 and three floors. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms with double beds and another bedroom with two bunk beds.

Upstairs, a spacious living area invites you to relax and the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island and a dining table for eight people offers space for culinary experiences.

An extensive outdoor area with balconies and terraces completes the luxurious living experience.

You should want for nothing during your stay. That’s why our chalet offers you a number of inclusive services. Fragrant lovers prepare their hot drink with the in-house Nespresso coffee machine and wine drinkers can optimally store their drops of choice in the wine refrigerator.

Firewood for the fireplace is ready and bath towels, slippers and robes as well as towels and premium bed linen are also provided. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the chalet. Free Wi-Fi and the Ötztal Premium Card round off the total package.

The three bedrooms on the ground floor are all equipped with double beds, a small shower and a WC en suite. The beds can also be used separately. In addition, another bedroom offers two bunk beds and is perfect for children.

In the living area with open fireplace you can relax on the cosy couch corner or the lounge chair. Entertainment at the highest level is provided by our satellite TV with Sonos soundbar. A place of peace and relaxation is also offered by the gallery, where you can unwind.
