1. Collection of data

The collection of data, including personal data, is part of the user experience on this website. According to the new Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO), you are entitled to obtain information about the data collected from you, to obtain a correction, to request a deletion, to lodge an objection and to claim the right to restricted processing. 2. Reservation & booking

A reservation is considered booked when you have paid a deposit. You can send us the deposit by bank transfer or credit card.
Otherwise, the general provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.

3. Payment options

To pay your hotel bill we accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or ATM.

4. Arrival & Departure

On the day of arrival, the flats are available to you from approx. 14.00 hrs. After consultation and availability, we are also happy to check in earlier. If you arrive later than 6.00 p.m., please inform us. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate your room or suite by 10.00 a.m. at the latest. In case of early departure or late arrival we charge 100 % of the booked stay. We recommend that you take out a travel cancellation policy.

5. Cancellation

For cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the holiday, 30% of the arrangement price will be retained. Otherwise, the entire package price will be charged.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. We are also happy to offer you travel cancellation insurance.

6. Pets

Pets can be taken on request.
